Black Tiger, White Wings
A visual meditation on weight and flight
This video unfolds like a moving scroll. It begins in a pale-blue forest where a black tiger moves low to the ground — quiet, watchful, grounded. The square frame and textile-inspired borders give the scene a still, almost patterned quality.
As the scene shifts, white birds rise into a wide sky. The mood lightens. Clouds drift, trees soften, and motion replaces tension. What begins with a crouching presence ends in flight — a quiet release.
The work explores two states of being: gravity and lift, solitude and movement. Inspired by traditional Korean textile motifs, the piece merges AI-generated base imagery with detailed composition to create a digital tapestry of contrast.
Video work. Created in Singapore. Open to collaborations in textile, motion, and narrative design.
