Portal to Sansuhwa (山水畫)

A threshold between reality and painted memory

This video imagines a quiet crossing between worlds. A glowing vertical portal stands in the middle of a serene garden, surrounded by natural elements rendered in both reality and brushwork. On one side, a white tiger rests beside a child. On the other, soft ridges of a painted mountain flow into the horizon.

The portal becomes a threshold — not just between spaces, but between time, imagination, and tradition. It invites the viewer to move from the everyday into a world shaped by Korean 산수화 (landscape painting), where memory and nature blur.

The work blends AI-generated composition and painterly detail, offering a surreal meditation on stillness, storytelling, and entry points to other dimensions.
